Shipping

We typically ship orders in 3 to 5 business days using a tracked CTT Mail service. All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Our jewellery boxes do not contain tarnish-accelerating chemicals and tested for tarnish so your jewellery stays bright, shiny and tarnish-free for longer. Items are shipped in paper bubble mailers. All packaging is recyclable when you are ready to discard.

Orders include a tracking number and delivery confirmation, which is sent to you as soon as your order is processed and ready to be mailed.

Expected EU delivery time is 3-5 business days after your package has been mailed. For international orders, shipping time varies, but may take up to 4 weeks, depending on location.

Delivery cost varies based on your destination country:

Portugal: 4 euros

Europe: 6 euros 

*Free EU delivery is available for all orders above 150 euros.

Rest of the world: 8 euros

USA: At the moment, our standard postal carrier has suspended deliveries from Portugal to the USA. Orders can still be shipped through an international express courier service, available at checkout for €45.
